Advisory Services Models
At Hands on Success, we offer two Advisory Service Models tailored to meet your long-term strategic goals or targeted to achieve specific outcomes.
ADHOC Plan
This service addresses a specific HR requirement OR addresses a specific organizational issue through HR intervention.
- The services will be for a predefined period and will be implemented with a time-bound action plan
- Services will be rendered on a Project basis for a period which is typically less than 6 months
B-O-T Plan
This model functions on the Build – Operate – Transfer (B-O-T) philosophy, aimed primarily at building HR systems in an organization where they are at a nascent stage.
- B-O-T PLAN usually requires 6 months to 1 year for successful completion, depending upon the need of the Organization.
- The transfer part of the model can spill over to a longer period, depending upon the service provided
